As many people do going into the new year I have created a resolution. My new years resolution is to create a daily routine that includes all of the habits I want to implement but is flexible enough that I won't feel guilty if I slip up. With my ADHD this is going to be difficult but I am a recent college graduate and I will be turning 23 this year I really need to start getting my life together.
In April I will be taking the LSAT, for those of you who don't know that is the law school entrance exam it is basiclly the SAT/ACT for law school. I have been putting off taking a diagnostic practice test because I am afraid of what my results will be. In an attempt to encourage myself to take it I have begun a few "side hustles" like this blog/website to help along my tution savings process and make the idea of law school more real.
I have created a tutor profile on Super Prof to teach ballet lessons, I have created a profile on Vocal, a website to publish stories and articles, I have created an etsy shop, and I have revisited this website/blog. Most of this is just a hobby and more ways to make money that just my weekend retail job but I do enjoy it and I want to keep doing it but the symptoms of ADHD make it difficult to keep up the motivation and intrest beyond occasional hyperfocus.
I of course have continued my bullet journal it turns out that I really do enjoy it especially when I base the themes on Harry Potter something that I love dearly. Hopefully I can keep my momentum this year and achieve the goals I have. I will certainly try my hardest and I will make sure to keep track of my progress in this blog. Happy New Year!
